Post-wise Qualification For NALCO Recruitments 2021-
1- Dy Manager, General Manager, Group General Manager (H&A)
Candidates should have acquired degree in any discipline, recognized PG diploma personnel management/labour welfare/industrial relations/management & development. The duration period for these courses must be of 2 years or full time regular course of 1 year. Or candidates must have MBA degree with specialisation in PM/IR/HRD/HRM Or PG diploma in social welfare. Candidates should possess experience as an executive or officer in Government PSU or leading organizations.
2- Dy Manager & Manager (PR&CC)
Candidates' s degree in any discipline is essential for this posts. Recognized PG diploma in journalism or Mass communication Or Creative writing is desirable for this vacancy. Candidates should have experience in Government PSU or other leading organizations as executives or officers for certain period of time. In the area of media management/public relations/corporate communication etc. Candidates should have experience in developing and improving brand image, making strategy, managing and building relationships with visual media, editing and publishing magazines, newsletter, journals, articles, features, press releases etc.
3- Manager (System)
Degree in engineering is required for this post. Recognized PG diploma in computer science or Master in Computer applications or M. Tech in Computer science is desirable from a recognized institution. Candidates should have basic experience as an officer or executive in Govt.or PSU or leading organizations. Should have knowledge or skills of building innovative IT solutions for business excellence. Experience in application, software development, testing documents, implementation and maintaining using supporting tools, Mobile App tools and databases. Other skills include video conference, storage management, system web portal, automatic backup, security, Anti-virus. Should have experience using Windows/Mac/Linux etc.
4- General Manager (Civil)
Candidates must possess degree in Civil/Architectures/Ceramics engineering. Experience in Government, PSU, big leading organizations as executives or officers is essential. Also experience in green field and brownfield projects, construction management, contract management, quality assurance, estimation of work proposals, cost and budgetary control, soil investigation, exposing of earth work, pulling, plant and building, structural, RRC, tankage etc. Hands on experience of working on community residential homes planning, public health, sewage treatment, recycling, construction of rail roads etc.
