Eligibility Criteria For OPTCL Non-Technician Apprentice 2021-
Educational Qualification For OPTCL Non Technical Apprenticeship-
• Candidates have to possess MBA (HR)/MSW/Post graduate degree in personnel management/Personnel management and Industrial relation. (2 years full time course from a recognized institution or university.)
• For CA apprentice PG/PG diploma in journalism and mass communication from a recognized institution or university.
• Candidates have to possess M.Com (Finance/Accounts) from a recognized institution or university.
• B.Sc in hospitality and hotel management or hotel administration Or Bachelor in hotel management & catering technology (HMCT) from a recognized institution or university.
• Bachelor of Library and information science/ Bachelor of Library science from recognized institution or university.
Age Limits Of The Candidates & Age Relaxation -
• Candidates must not be below 18 years of age as on date 31.12.21
• Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belong to SC/ST/PwD/Ex-servicemen candidates as per government rules.
Some General Eligibility For Candidates-
• Only Indian nationals belong to the state of odisha are eligible to apply.
• All the candidates must possess the required educational qualifications as mentioned.
• Candidates must fulfill the minimum physical standards as mentioned in the notification.

• Candidates will be short listed based on the marks obtained by them in the qualifying examinations.

• Candidates who will secure higher marks in the interview will be selected.
• If two candidates secure same percentage of marks in the interview then candidates having higher marks in the qualifying examinations will be given preference.

• Candidates first have to register themselves as a candidate on the website of apprenticeshipindia.org and mhrdnats.gov.in.
• Then they have to fill the application form as prompted.
• Candidates need to provide correct information while filling up the application form.
• Upload copies of their photographs and signature if applicable. Pay application fee if required.
• Finally submit the application form and take a computer generated print.
