South-Eastern Railways Vacancy Notice -
South Eastern Railways has recently announced a notification for the recruitment of Act Apprentices for the year 2021-22. Educational Qualification For South Eastern Railways Apprentice-
Applicants must have passed 10th or Matriculation in the 10+2 education system form a recognized institution with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. They must have passed ITI in respective trades mentioned in the notification. Some trades are Fitter, Turner, Electrician, Welder, Mechanic, Machinist, Painter, Refrigerator & AC Mechanic, Cable Jointer & Crane Operator Etc.
Application Fee For South Eastern Railways Apprentice-
First keep in mind that the application fee is non refundable and non adjustable and by any means will never be refunded to candidates applied for this recruitment. The application fee is 100/- rupees for general, OBC, EWS candidates. However no fee will be taken from candidates belong to SC/ST/PWD/Exservicemen/Women categories.
Age Criteria & Relaxation For South Eastern Railways Apprentice-
• The applicants should have completed 15 years of age and must not have completed 24 years of age as on date 01.01.22. The age mentioned on matriculation certificate or the birth certificate of the applicants will only be considered.
• The upper age relaxation is provided as per government rules and regulations. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 03 years for candidates belong to OBC category and 10 years of candidates having permanent disability.
How To Apply For South-Eastern Railways Apprentice-
Candidates have to apply online through the official website of south eastern railways at www.rrcser.co.in only. They should read the detailed instructions before filling up the application form to successfully submit the form. Candidates should keep in mind that they have to give correct information in the form and should not provide any wrong or incorrect information otherwise their application will be rejected. Candidates must have valid mobile number and active email address for communication as these are the only medium of communication. They have to provide certain certificates such as caste certificate and pwd certificate if they claim to avail the respective benefits. They have to upload their recent passport size colour photo and other documents as mentioned in the application form. Then they have to pay the application fee in the online methods available at the gateway page of the website. Finally submit the application form and take a system generated print out.
Certificates & Documents For South-Eastern Railways 202-
1- Matriculation Certificate or Date of bothering certificate to verify the age of the candidates.
2- ITI trade certificates and mark sheets form recognized institutions.
3- Caste certificate, OCB certificate for SC/ST and OBC candidates respectively.
4- Physically handicapped candidates have to possess permanent PWD certificate issued by their competent authority.
5- Ex-Serviceman candidates have to possess discharge certificate form the concerned authority.
6- Recent passport size photographs of the applicants.
7- Sled identity proof like adhaar card or voter card.
Some Terms & Conditions For The Applicants-
1- Only the candidature who will be selected according to the selection criteria will be called for documents verification.
2- In case two candidates are selected with same mark then candidate who is older in age will be given preference over the other one.
3- Candidates have to pass the medical fitness and physical fitness test to be eligible for apprenticeship.
4- Selected candidates will be provided with monthly stipend as per the apprentice act.
5- Before applying for the south eastern railways apprenticeship, candidates are advised to check if they fulfil all the required eligibility criteria. If not then they need not apply.
6- Eastern Railways do not take responsibility to reply a candidate who is not selected or rejected for any reason. It also reserves the right to cancel the recruitment at any time without any prior notice.
7- Candidates must be an Indian citizen to be eligible for this recruitment.
8- Candidates must not be involved in any serious criminal activities.
Grounds Of Rejection Of Applications For SE Railways-
• If a candidate is unable to provide relevant certificates of documents as mentioned.
• If a candidate is found to have provided wrong or incorrect information in the application form.
• If a candidate does not have the required qualification for this recruitment then his or her application will be rejected summarily.
• If a candidate does not pay the application fee if applicable then his or her application will be rejected.
• If a candidate fails the medical examination test or physical test then he or she will be ineligible for this recruitment.
• If candidates caught canvassing any information regarding themself then they will be rejected.
• If a candidate has ongoing criminal case on himself then he or she will not be considered eligible and will be rejected shortly.
• Candates barely meeting the eligibility criteria and unable to provide sufficient proof of there qualification, age, fitness are not eligible for south eastern railways apprenticeship.
