Educational Qualification For OPSC Civil Judge Odisha 2022-
• Candidiates must have completed graduation in law from a government recognized university or institution.
• A superintendent or a Ministerial officer in the high court or any Civil or Criminal court sub-ordinate to the High court or an asst. Law officer or Translator of the law department of government will also be eligible.
Age Limits & Relaxation For Candidates-
• A candidate must be 23 years old as on date 01.08.21
• A Candidiate must be 35 years old as on date 01.08.20
• Provided that the upper age limits will be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates and 10 years in case of physically handicapped candidates.
General Eligibility For Odisha Civil Judge 2022-
• A candidate must be an Indian citizen and should be a resident of odisha.
• He or she must be able to speak, read and write odia language properly.
• He or she must have passed an odia examination equivalent to middle school standards or more.
• He or she should not have involvements in any serious criminal activities.
• If married, a candidate must not have more than one living spouse.
• A candidate must provide No Objection Certificate if he or she is currently working as government employee.
• Every candidate who will be selected will be medically examined.
