Qualification Required For This Vacancy
• Candidiates must have passed +2 examination in arts, science or commerce from an institution or college recognized by government of odisha or india.
• Candidates must have completed diploma in computer application i.e. pgdca or dca from a recognized institution.
• Candidates applying for the post of jr typist must have completed Type-writing course & for the posts of stenographer, they have to possess Type-writing & Shorthand certificates.
• Candidates need to possess 40 words per minute in Type-writing & 80 words per minute in shorthand in English for the post of stenographer-III & only 40 words per minute in Type-writing for the post of Jr typist.
Age Limits & Relaxation For Candidates
• Candidates must not be under 18 years of age and must not be above the age of 38 years.
• Candidates who are Sc/St/Obc by category will be provided upto 5 years upper age relaxation.
• Candidates belong to Pwd category will be provided upto 10 years upper age relaxation.
• Candidates who are ex-serviceman personnels will be provided upper age relaxation as per government rules.
What Is The Selection Methodology For Candidates?
1. Candidates will be shortlisted according per their qualification & will be called for a written examination.
2. Those candidates who will qualify the written examination will be further called for computer science test (practical test).
3. The candidates who will qualify the computer practical test will be called for viva-voce test and documents verification.
What Is The Examination Fee?
• Candidates need to pay an amount of 100/- rupees as examination fee for gen/obc/ews candidates.
• Candidates belong to Sc/St/Pwd categories are exempted from paying the examination fee.
